Our client is a Tier 1 National design studio have grown out their Design studio in Brisbane since 2023, winning awards for Brisbane Mixed use and Multi Residential projects.

Leveraging skillsets in Melbourne and Sydney, the Brisbane studio is nimble, however they are have built solid foundations locally with strong Design and Technical talent.

This studio is on growth trajectory, looking to grow strategically over the next 5 years to 40 headcount.

Due to project wins with local clients, this studio seek a Project Leader.

Reporting into Associates, this individual will have experience in the Gold Coast market to assist in delivering projects in the Gold Coast.

A Project Leader will have a good sense of Design and Project Delivery experience.

Well rounded, with the ability to be hands on in technical documentation, being the point of contact with Client and Consultants, this individual will be a strong all rounder.

This is an opportunity to work with Design focused professionals who are committed to contributing to Brisbane's placemaking initiatives.

Ideal Skillset

  • Bachelor of Architecture, with 10 + years experience.
  • Ideally Qld Board of Architects Registration.
  • Multi Residential project experience, ideally in Gold Coast.
  • Detailed orientated, Technical knowledge expert
  • Excellent communication skills to work closely with a client who is also an Architect.
  • Revit expertise required
  • Pedigree from leading Queensland Design studio's would be ideal.
