Marketing and Business Development Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to support business development efforts through strategic client engagement, proposal tracking, and creation of compelling proposals and marketing materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with pursuit teams on high-profile projects to advance our positioning and deliver effective proposals that meet client needs.
  • Client Engagement: Provide business development support to facilitate client relationships with account managers, including assembling information packages and connecting experts within the organization.
  • Business Process Improvement: Contribute to company-wide process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall sales effectiveness.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing is preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in engineering, environmental, architectural, and/or construction fields is highly valued.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on superior writing and presentation abilities.
