Prospa is a leading platform that simplifies cash flow for small businesses, providing them with the tools to manage payments, fund growth, and reduce administrative tasks.
Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working closely with the sales team to maintain and grow relationships with partners and business referral sources. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to motivate and train partners to achieve strong growth results within a portfolio.
The key responsibilities include:
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with partners and referral sources
- Implementing strategic plans to engage partners and deliver sales volumes
- Identifying and winning new referral partnerships across multiple industries
- Working closely with other BDMs to identify opportunities and motivate them to partner and refer business
The successful candidate will also have:
- A proven track record of making high-volume outbound phone calls consistently
- Experience working within a channel sales role and managing a portfolio of accounts to meet target
- Excellent relationship-building skills and an engaging personality
- Strong business acumen and a keen understanding of the key motivators for business owners within the SME marketplace
