Executive Lounge Host

A rewarding career opportunity awaits a charismatic and service-oriented individual to join our esteemed team as an Executive Lounge Host.

About the Role:

  • This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless operations in the Executive Lounge, and fostering positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the lounge is prepared for service by completing opening duties, replenishing food and beverages, and maintaining overall cleanliness and appearance.
  • Greet guests warmly, answer phone calls, and bid farewell upon departure.
  • Provide personalized service, handle special requests, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Adhere to NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols when serving alcohol.
  • Communicate VIP arrivals, escort guests, and deliver amenities as required.
  • Restock, refill, and clear counters and tables at the end of every shift.
  • Maintain a positive inter-departmental relationship through the hotel and with outside vendors.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements:

  • A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor, personable communication skills, and energizing motivation.
  • Food & Beverage experience, NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, and Australian Working Rights.
  • Uniform and personal appearance must be clean and professional.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10-15kg without assistance.
