Sofitel is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and personalized service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and queries
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to make informed recommendations to guests
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled efficiently, professionally, and with a smile
  • Liaise closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Reservations, and other teams to guarantee smooth arrivals, departures, and queries
  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence by consistently striving to exceed guest expectations and deliver outstanding service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement and maintain Sofitel's Brand Standards, upholding the highest standards of quality and consistency

About the Role:

  • Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
