Job Overview

The role of a Case Manager is crucial in supporting relocation initiatives by serving as the single point of contact for Defence Force Members & their families during their relocation across Australia.

The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional end-to-end relocation experience through high-quality case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering an exceptional relocation experience to relocating Defence members and their families
  • Expectation management ensuring Defence Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle
  • Proactive administration of Defence relocation policy & entitlements
  • Responding to routine telephone and email enquiries

Requirements:

  • Case management experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Ability to interpret policy and legislation
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail & time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Mandatory: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
