Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Relocation Claims Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end relocation logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Your primary objective will be to manage the relocation process, including flights, removals, transport, and accommodation. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for our clients.

You will liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to manage timelines and deliver exceptional service. Your role will involve balancing customer service (40%) with administrative duties (60%). You will need to manage multiple cases simultaneously with precision and empathy.

Requirements
  • Back in claims, relocation, travel coordination or end-to-end logistics experience
  • Customer service experience (high volume ideally)
  • Highly organized and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills across phone and email
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
