About The Role

As a key member of our relocation team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients during the stressful process of relocating with exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 4 months, working from home.

Responsibilities
  • Displaying outstanding customer service skills to support clients during relocation
  • Liaising with suppliers and developing relationships to deliver the best client experience
  • Acknowledging requests, responding to issues, and handling escalations with a solution-focused mindset
  • Accurately and methodically entering client details in accordance with our IT platform
About You

Ideally, you have previous experience in client coordination within the relocation or travel industry. This role comes with comprehensive induction and training.
