About the Opportunity

As a Business Transformation and Change Management Professional, you will partner with clients to provide strategic guidance on business transformation and change management initiatives. You will support the implementation of large-scale change programs in complex environments, leveraging your expertise in process improvement, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in management consulting, business transformation, and change management frameworks and processes. A strong track record of delivering outcomes-oriented solutions and building client relationships is essential.

In this role, you will:

  • SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LARGE-SCALE CHANGE PROGRAMS IN COMPLEX ENVIRONMENTS.
  • LEVERAGE YOUR EXPERTISE IN PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, PROJECT DELIVERY, AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT.
  • DELIVER OUTCOMES-ORIENTED SOLUTIONS THAT MEET CLIENT NEEDS.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated proven ability and understanding of management consulting, business transformation, and change management frameworks and processes.
  • 'Can-do' attitude and someone who is able to 'roll up their sleeves' and be outcomes-oriented.
  • Australian citizenship and current Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance at Baseline level or higher.
