We are seeking an intermediate Business Transformation Expert with experience in business transformation, change management, communications, process improvement and project delivery to join our dynamic and collaborative team.
As a key member of the team, you will take a lead role in supporting the implementation and adoption of large change programmes in complex environments and lead business improvement projects.
You will also be able to provide:
- An in-depth understanding of change management principles and a desire to progress professionally in this field.
- A passion and capability in building new client stakeholder relationships and enhance existing relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build relationships both externally and internally.
- An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to project management, engineering or other.
The opportunity involves working across the entire project life cycle, playing a crucial role in supporting successful business transformation and change management programmes for our clients. You will have dedicated mentoring from senior leaders in our team to help you achieve your career goals and develop professionally.
