Seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting Solutions: Develop and maintain reporting solutions that support commission schemes, sales targets, and team performance metrics.
  • Tableau Dashboards: Build and enhance Tableau dashboards and SQL queries to drive visibility and alignment across the commercial organisation.
  • Data Testing: Perform data testing, reconciliation, and validation to ensure reporting accuracy and trust.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, service, and finance to align on key metrics and performance drivers.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Data Migration: Support data migration and reporting transformation projects by identifying lineage issues, validating outputs, and ensuring continuity of reporting.
  • Training and Support: Provide training, documentation, and support to encourage self-service use of reporting tools and dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Operations, or a similar data-focused role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Tableau, with a track record of building clear and impactful dashboards and queries.
  • Sales Data: Confident working with sales data including accounts, revenue, pipeline, and performance targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
  • Data Validation: Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to data validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level.
