Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Data Insights Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities.

You will work closely with our Merchandise team to develop actionable insights tailored to their needs, including category performance, customer behavior, and market trends. You will also assist in preparing and delivering presentations and reports for key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an insights or analytics role preferably within retail or FMCG.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights that influence business outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to align analytics work with business needs.
  • Strong proficiency in data tools and technologies, including SQL and Excel.
  • Ability to transform raw data into meaningful insight.
  • Proficiency (desirable) in tools like MicroStrategy, BigQuery, Google Analytics, and Marketing Research.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to present data in a meaningful way for non-technical audiences.
