Job Title: Business Insights Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and drive business success through data-driven insights. As a Business Insights Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using advanced data modeling and analytics tools.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose analytics solutions.\
  • Ensure data governance, quality, integrity, and compliance across multiple business units and large datasets.\
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and make recommendations for process improvements.\
  • Support adoption of BI solutions by providing guidance and technical support to business users.\
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, processes, and solutions.\
  • Identify opportunities for data quality improvements and contribute to innovation and technology evolution.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of analytics solutions.\
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives that leverage data analytics to drive business growth.\
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and address data-related issues and areas for improvement.\
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on data analysis and visualization best practices.\
  • Stay within budget constraints while ensuring high-quality deliverables.\
  • Participate in regular project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.\
  • Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling techniques.\
  • Present complex data insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation tasks as needed.\
  • Use statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze and interpret complex data sets.\
  • Design and implement data visualizations that effectively communicate key findings and insights.\
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and deploy predictive models.\
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop and refine business requirements for analytics solutions.\
  • Document and track issues and defects throughout the SDLC lifecycle.\
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established company policies and procedures.\
  • Develop and maintain expertise in relevant software applications, including Power BI, SQL Server, and Tableau.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
