Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Insights Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of our insights strategy.
This role plays a critical part in measuring performance, defining business objectives, and understanding user behavior across our digital properties.
Key responsibilities include gathering and sharing audience data and analytics with various teams, supporting tracking and analytics for campaigns, and providing weekly/monthly reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Data-driven recommendations will be offered to optimize user engagement with digital products and conversion rates on marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will present analytics and insights to stakeholders on a regular basis, working effectively with multiple teams and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with Adobe Analytics and other tools to track performance, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital products.
To excel in this role, you will have 5+ years' experience in data analytics, preferably with a consumer-facing product, and possess an analytical mindset with the ability to tell compelling stories with data.
A team player with excellent communication skills, able to work at pace and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
