Maintenance Planner/Controller Role

At a leading beverage company, we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner/Controller to oversee site maintenance and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities and projects, including parts coordination, SOPs, and permits.
  • Facilitate daily team meetings, review progress, and adjust plans as required.
  • Manage work requests, maintenance tags, and asset care reporting.
  • Supervise trades and contractors, providing on-the-floor support and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate contractor support for overhauls and one-off projects.
  • Lead team engagement by promoting ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align maintenance priorities with broader site objectives.
  • Maintain CMMS system data and reporting, ensuring best-practice usage across the team.
About You:
  • Previous experience in maintenance planning or coordination - ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse trades team.
  • A hands-on approach and comfort working out on the floor.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A safety-first mindset in all aspects of the role.
  • Proficiency with CMMS (SAP PM beneficial), Microsoft Office, and general computer literacy.
