Job Description:

We're seeking a proactive Maintenance Planner/Controller to join our team. As the heart of our maintenance program, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating activities across various departments.

In this role, you'll lead from the floor - supporting the team, resolving issues in real-time, and ensuring we stay on track with our maintenance program.

No two days are the same at our brewery. With a large and diverse estate, unexpected challenges can pop up - from unplanned breakdowns to unique site issues - so we're looking for someone who can think on their feet and lead with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities and small projects
  • Facilitate daily team meetings, review progress, and adjust plans as required
  • Manage work requests, maintenance tags, and asset care reporting
  • Work closely with trades and contractors, providing on-the-floor supervision and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate contractor support for overhauls and one-off projects
  • Lead team engagement by promoting ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align maintenance priorities with broader site goals
