The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the haematology landscape, including current treatments and clinical data. A proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities- Promote our Haematology product to healthcare providers within an assigned territory in QLD, maximising opportunities to create value for stakeholders and meeting our goals.
- Develop and execute territory plans to optimise customer engagement and drive business growth, aligning with Roche's objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with oncologists, haematologists, and other healthcare professionals to foster open dialogue and collaboration.
- Review customer engagement metrics to refine communication channels and ensure regular interaction with target customers through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and other engaging activities.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or similar capacity.
- Bachelor's degree (or relevant diploma) in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Significant experience and knowledge in the Haematology / Oncology landscape, including treatments and clinical data.
- Ability to prioritise and manage external stakeholder requests, maintaining integrity and professionalism at all times.
