Clinical Training Coordinator

\

The Clinical Training Coordinator provides clinical support and training in a clinic environment and coordinates professional development while fostering a mentor role across clinics, including assessment and demonstration of clinical procedures and best practice in client-centred care.

\

This role facilitates clinical placements for nursing and allied health students and supports graduate Aboriginal Health Practitioners (AHP) and Nurses by providing on-the-job clinical and career development support in town and remote clinics for practice within the Aboriginal Primary Health Care clinical environment.

\

Occasional travel to our remote Clinics is an inherent requirement of the position – most of the Clinical training is delivered/coordinated in Alice Springs.

\
