Specialist Clinical Care for Children and Families
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse/Midwife to join our team in providing specialist clinical care to children under 5 years and their families. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering early intervention strategies and education to staff working in Population and Primary Health Care settings.
About the Role:- Develop and implement effective clinical outreach programs to improve child and family health outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the cultural appropriateness of our services and ensure they meet the needs of diverse communities
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive change
About You:
- You must have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or be eligible for same
- Possess high-level clinical knowledge and skills in Child and Family Health or a related field, supported by strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Be committed to ongoing learning and professional development through clinical guidance and mentoring
- Able to travel to remote communities as required, holding a valid NT driver's licence (or eligible to obtain) and confident driving a manual vehicle in regional and remote settings
