Job Description:

As a commercial and retail facilities manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our mixed portfolio of commercial and retail facilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and efficiently operated. This includes coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors, developing and implementing property-specific strategies to maximize value and increase occupancy rates, and managing property budgets and preparing financial reports for property owners.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with tenants and property owners, performing regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms and property regulations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records.
