Due to strong growth, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Commercial Facilities Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As a Commercial Facilities Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance and compliance of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. You'll be the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders—ensuring facilities run smoothly, safely, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the delivery of hard and soft services across multiple commercial properties


• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs


• Ensure all sites remain compliant with relevant legislation and safety standards


• Build strong relationships with property owners, tenants and service providers


• Manage budgets, invoices, and reporting requirements


• Coordinate contractor performance and conduct regular site inspections


• Drive operational efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing commercial facilities or a property portfolio

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, OH&S and compliance requirements

  • Ability to build and manage effective relationships with multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills

  • A proactive and hands-on approach

  • Current driver's licence (essential)
