Our client is a boutique, privately owned Property Management Company in search of an experienced and dedicated Commercial and Retail Facilities Manager to join the team. The Portfolio Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing a mixed portfolio of commercial and retail facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained and efficiently operated.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of facilities management for a portfolio of commercial and retail properties
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and property owners
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Develop and implement property-specific strategies to maximize value and increase occupancy rates
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease terms and property regulations
- Manage property budgets and prepare financial reports for property owners
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related trade field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial and/or retail property management
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
