Field Service Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of an electrical field service operation.

This role involves coordinating with our management team to ensure seamless workflow and providing exceptional customer support.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer inquiries and schedule appointments
  2. Conduct administrative tasks efficiently
  3. Collaborate with Operations Manager and Field Supervisor to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
