**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the Electrical Planner role. The successful candidate will work on a busy mine site in Western Australia, planning and scheduling electrical teams to ensure efficient maintenance and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule plant electrical teams to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
  • Coordinate resources, labour, materials, and plant access for preventative and emergent maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors on a daily basis to ensure seamless operations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of systems, processes, and plans that drive improvements in equipment performance and life cycles

Requirements:

  • A minimum 5 years relevant planning experience in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse technical and workplace backgrounds
  • A trade certificate or tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills in planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
