Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the coordination, execution, and oversight of temporary power generation rental solutions in field environments. This includes ensuring safe and efficient delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of rental equipment such as generators, transformers, load banks, and electrical distribution gear.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in power generation, electrical distribution, or equipment rental services, with a proven track record of leadership in field service operations or project management.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of diesel and natural gas generators, load banks, HV transformers, and temporary power systems, as well as excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

In addition to these technical requirements, the successful candidate will be able to read and interpret electrical diagrams, single-lines, and site plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of field delivery operations for power generation rental equipment.
  • Lead and schedule a team of field technicians for reliable and on-time installation and setup of power solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and service teams to plan and deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments, determine equipment sizing and configurations, and oversee field installations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during transportation, setup, and operation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in power generation, electrical distribution, or equipment rental services.
  • Proven leadership experience in field service operations or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of diesel and natural gas generators, load banks, HV transformers, and temporary power systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, single-lines, and site plans.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
