Job Title: Field Service Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the activities of a team of technicians involved in field service, ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met. This role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, as well as overseeing warranty claim processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies to optimize labor and resource utilization.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Coordinate the deployment of field service technicians on a day-to-day basis to meet customer needs.
  • Process and respond to customer complaints and warranty claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across business lines to provide consistent service and support to customers.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all aspects of field service delivery are meeting customer expectations.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop environment and hold trade qualifications in a relevant discipline. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. A Certificate IV or Diploma in Business (Front Line Management) would be advantageous.
