Job Overview

This is a senior electrical role involving field supervision for brownfield projects and maintenance works on a 2:2 roster from Perth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the execution of brownfield project works ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate planning and debottlenecking work fronts to optimize site activities and achieve project milestones.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members in emergency situations, ensuring effective resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Review and approve all electrical workpacks/jobcards prior to commencement, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • SUPPORT ELECTRICAL QC ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY WORK PRODUCTS.
  • Occasionally supervise multi-discipline trades, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
  • Compile and provide regular progress updates, reviewing schedules and identifying potential delays or issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid WA Electrical Licence.
  • Cert 3 or 4 Instrumentation qualification.
  • 'C' class driver's license.
  • Cert 4 Leadership & Management - highly regarded.
