Electrical Field Specialist

Our organisation is seeking experienced machine operators to operate and manage electrical field and trailing cable, and coordinate with various teams for safe and efficient delivery of enabling equipment.
- Operate CAT 988 loader with specialist cable reeling attachment and other ancillary support fleet.
- Install and manage electrical field and trailing cable, and operate cable equipment.
- Operate cable equipment, trucks, loaders and support equipment to ensure safe and efficient delivery of enabling equipment.
- Coordinate with dewatering high voltage electrical team for switching requirements.
- Interpret and execute cable run designs, installing signage, delineation and protective arches as required.
- Manage cable crossings underpass poles and matts on roads and ramps.
- Ensure daily plans are followed for cable protection and relocating during blasting activities.
- Minimum 2 years experience in ancillary fleet with Excavators, Loaders and Dewatering expertise.
- Able to work in small teams with critical path work and undertake quality risk assessments.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations WHS 2022.
- Excellent planning, problem solving, communication and logistics skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office with working experience of SAP, BMS & SuccessFactors.
