Enhance Business Efficiency with Dynamics 365 Field Service Expertise

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Field Service to drive business process improvement and efficient CRM implementation.
- Review client business processes, re-engineer them to enhance efficiency
- Perform functional tasks necessary for a successful CRM implementation
- Create functional requirements and designs for customizations
- Estimate implementation task costs
- Provide MS Dynamics field services SME expertise to clients and mentor team members
- Migrate data from external systems into MS Fields Services
- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- Deliver user and administrator training
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve client business processes
- Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to team members
Requirements:
- 5-12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Field Service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
