**Job Title:** Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Lead Field Service

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Lead to join our organization.   • Main Responsibilities:

  • Functional Requirements: Create detailed functional requirements and designs for customizations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Implementation Planning: Develop estimates for implementation tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide MS Dynamics field services SME expertise to clients and mentor team members on best practices.
  • Data Migration: Migrate data from external systems into Microsoft Field Services, ensuring accurate and complete information transfer.
  • Solution Testing: Conduct thorough solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • User Training: Deliver comprehensive user training to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of implemented solutions.
