Job Overview

This role involves participating in workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on various requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Lead the development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules, utilizing Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus.
  • Develop data migration plans and oversee the migration of data from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM, leveraging required tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM development and technical leadership, driving business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Expertise in creating plugins and workflows for Dynamics 365 CRM, enhancing user experience and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM modules with other systems using Azure services, such as Azure Functions and Azure Key Vault.
  • Leadership experience in developing Dynamics 365 CRM instances, delivering results-driven projects.
  • Skills in designing integrations for Dynamics 365 CRM modules, facilitating seamless interactions between systems.
  • Ability to create data migration plans and lead the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
