We are evaluating the customer experience and driving digital growth for a luxury D2C omnichannel retailer.
- Shape the digital strategy in collaboration with the marketing and digital team to drive results.
- Support the team in enhancing the brand's omnichannel offerings and elevating customer engagement through innovative strategies.
- Maximise the online presence across various digital touchpoints, leveraging data analytics to inform strategy improvements.
About You
- Senior-level experience in retail and digital marketing, ideally within luxury retail, showcasing successful integration of retail insights into digital strategies that drive growth.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel retail and e-commerce, coupled with proficiency in digital analytics tools and a passion for driving innovation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives that deliver growth across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to develop and implement eCommerce sales, omnichannel marketing strategies, and transformation that have delivered significant growth.
