Job Title: Senior Director of Digital Growth

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital marketing team and develop full-funnel strategies across paid search, social media, and affiliate marketing.

This leadership role oversees paid digital strategies across various channels, driving traffic, conversion, and ROI through expertly executed performance campaigns.

Daily campaign performance management involves utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads to optimize results.

A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, setting clear goals and promoting continuous learning among their team members.

Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is necessary to deliver impactful campaigns that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing paid media and optimizing budgets
  • Utilizing tools such as Google Analytics GA4 Looker Studio and Meta Ads to track performance
  • Developing and executing full-funnel strategies across paid search, social media, and affiliate marketing
  • Leveraging expertise in data analysis to drive informed decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing preferably within the eCommerce or fashion sector
  • Proven track record in managing paid media and optimizing budgets
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics GA4 Looker Studio Meta Ads and related tools is required
  • Strong project management analytical and leadership skills are essential for success
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing Digital Media or a similar field are preferred
