About the Role

About You

We are seeking a seasoned operational leader with a proven track record of leading large, complex businesses. You will have a hands-on leadership style, balancing high-level strategic planning with on-the-ground operational execution. Your ability to manage full P&L responsibility, steer business growth, and drive operational efficiencies is critical. You will also be responsible for leading a leadership team of blue-collar workers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.

About the Opportunity

With a current P&L of $130M and significant year-over-year EBIT growth, this is an opportunity to continue driving operational success and further expand the business. You will be tasked with turning around performance at a few key sites, implementing operational discipline, and ensuring the business meets its long-term growth objectives.
