The Position:

  • Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients and customers
  • Providing leadership to your team to achieve business objectives including fostering a culture where safety is a core value

  • Managing staff and sub-contractors to ensure operational delivery requirements of services are met within quality parameters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven operational experience in Site Management (including soft and/or hard Facilities Management and/or Accommodation Management)

  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures to achieve contract compliance
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including report writing competencies, computer literacy and ability to maintain high customer service standards and foster a positive team environment
