Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a Customer Relationship Manager position. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of outstanding accounts and providing tailored repayment solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of skip tracing techniques, and a solid understanding of compliance obligations. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of professionalism even in challenging situations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of outstanding accounts from various institutions
  • Use skip tracing expertise to locate customers and negotiate repayment solutions
  • Handle high volumes of outbound and inbound calls
  • Maintain adherence to industry regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Negotiate effectively and create sustainable customer outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience in collections, recoveries or credit control
  • Strong knowledge of skip tracing techniques
  • Solid understanding of compliance obligations and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and professionalism in challenging conversations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
  • Desire to learn and take on feedback
  • Availability to work permanent full-time, Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM
