Aged Care Professional

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine care requirements and assess eligibility for Commonwealth Government subsidised aged care entry level services.
- Support access to appropriate care by working collaboratively with the aged care assessment service multi-disciplinary team.
The Assessment Officer will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality assessments and support services, promoting excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications- A valid working visa or Australian citizenship/permanent residency/visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
