Mandurah Community Aged Care – our brand-new, purpose-built 144-bed home, opened May 2025 – is in its Final Recruitment Round. We're seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our supportive, people-first team.


Permanent part-time roles available, plus a limited number of casual positions.

What We're Looking For In You
  • Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
  • Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
  • Genuine empathy that shines through your care
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

About The Role
  • Provide daily personal care and support to residents
  • Keep accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
  • Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively
  • Work flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights
  • Reliable candidates available weekdays and weekends for permanent part-time
