Delivering High-Quality Care to Seniors
Our organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Senior Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating quality care for our residents.
You will work closely with a dedicated team of clinical staff to deliver person-centered care, leading and inspiring junior staff while ensuring care plans are tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and update care plans as needed.
- Work collaboratively with residents and their families to ensure care reflects their personal preferences and values.
- Lead and monitor care delivery to meet Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Support and mentor junior staff, including Enrolled Nurses, to develop their skills and confidence.
- Facilitate training and development for team members as needed.
- Ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met, including personal care, medication administration, nutrition, mobility, and comfort.
