About the RoleWe are seeking experienced and qualified Registered Nurses to join our team at Mandurah Community Aged Care. As a key member of our night duty team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care and develop tailored care plans
- Evaluate client needs and implement effective care solutions within your scope of practice
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and caregivers
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience in aged care preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement
