We are seeking caring and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional care and support to residents within our residential aged care facility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care, including grooming, bathing, and dressing, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Supporting residents' mobility and physical well-being, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Engaging residents in stimulating activities and social interactions, promoting mental and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop personalized care plans, tailored to meet each resident's unique needs.

To be successful in this role, applicants should have:

  • Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
  • Compassionate nature and a genuine passion for caring for seniors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and their families.
  • Empathy and patience to provide individualized support with dignity and respect.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in residential aged care is highly valued.
  • Current Police Clearance (less than 6 months)
  • It is recommended that you will have 2 COVID vaccinations and an up-to-date Flu vaccination.
