About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at H&M Group. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth in your department, while ensuring a great customer experience and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Leadership: Analyze sales and profit KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop your team to achieve sales and profit goals, provide regular feedback, and execute performance development reviews.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that your department meets H&M standards and follows up using the Customer Experience Tool.
  • Visual Merchandising: Work with Visual Merchandisers to implement the Commercial Handbook and drive sales through effective visual displays.
  • Talent Management: Actively work with a talent pipeline in your department to support the business and store needs.
Requirements
  • Commercial Mindset: Proven experience in analyzing commercial reports and formulating plans to maximize sales.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to delegate, follow up, and provide straightforward feedback.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business.
