The organization is seeking a highly skilled Event Manager to oversee event operations and logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing conferences and events, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage event operations and logistics, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate and deliver event content and collateral, adhering to brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Develop and implement critical paths to meet deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to achieve event goals, fostering effective partnerships and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Event Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events
  • Proficiency in EventsAIR (or similar) software, with the ability to navigate complex systems and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Group travel management experience, including knowledge of GDS systems, is highly desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated ability to manage events of 80-400 delegates from start to finish, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
