About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Milk-Based Beverages (MMB) team in Wetherill Park, Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products and services.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing direct support to the MMB team, coordinating projects and initiatives, and working closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement capital investment plans with a 3–5-year horizon
  • Manage a portfolio of contracts, including negotiating service-level agreements and coordinating activities with contractors
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead project teams to deliver capital projects, ensuring excellence in execution (scope, budget, time)
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts of capital projects in progress, including status updates for Engineering and PMO
  • Evaluate proposed complex products and services to determine their feasibility and relevance, assessing them against current and future site capabilities
About You
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a background in FMCG
  • Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement and a strong background in project management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others across the broader business
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, allowing you to meet project deadlines
