About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Capital Engineering team at our Wetherill Park site in Sydney. As a key member of our Milk-Based Beverages (MMB) hub, you will provide direct support to the Operations team and coordinate projects to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop capital investment planning with a 3–5-year plan, working closely with engineering and site teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of contracts, including negotiating service-level agreements and coordinating activities with contractors.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead project teams to deliver capital projects, ensuring excellence in execution (scope, budget, time).
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts of capital projects in progress, including status updates for Engineering and PMO.
  • Evaluate proposed complex products and services to determine their feasibility and relevance, assessing them against current and future site capabilities.

About You

  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a background in FMCG.
  • Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement and a strong background in project management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to build relationships and influence others across the broader business.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, allowing you to meet project deadlines.
