Job Title

  • Lead a team of enthusiastic data professionals, guiding them to achieve excellence in data quality and governance.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of high achievement.
  • Analyse and model data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement, driving decision-making and action across the organisation.
  • Develop and communicate compelling stories from data, informing strategic decisions and driving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management strategies, aligning with our standards and requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a professional environment, with a strong track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, with a proven ability to extract insights and present complex information effectively.
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with a solid understanding of data analysis and manipulation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise language.
  • A degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
