Job Opportunity

The Payroll Implementation Consultant will be responsible for implementing the Employment Hero platform with customers, focusing on payroll implementation. This role requires excellent communication and change management skills.

  • Primary contact point for customers during implementations
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver great outcomes for customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Clearly communicate with customers regarding payroll processing and legislative requirements
  • Apply payroll best practice to EH payroll system implementation
  • Accurately interpret Australian modern awards, enterprise agreements, and other conditions of employment

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll implementations is highly desirable
  • Sound knowledge of current legislative payroll requirements in Australia (New Zealand experience is an advantage)
  • Exposure to other payroll software and accounting platforms for understanding different system configurations
  • Client-facing and/or outsourced payroll experience is highly regarded
