Job Description:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of new payroll systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while training and coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering a seamless transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of the project, including defining objectives, setting timelines, and allocating resources.
Coordinate the delivery of the implementation project alongside internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee data cleansing, migration, and validation activities to ensure collaboration and ownership of configuration and testing.
Manage change, training, communication, and post-go-live support to drive adoption.
You will work closely with our Payroll Team, HR Manager, and Finance team to ensure compliance, efficiency, and successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Skilled in overseeing payroll operations with precision, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Knowledgeable about tax laws, wage regulations, and labour policies to ensure compliance and accurate payments.
Able to work alongside cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience in payroll, payroll management, or HR solutions. A strong focus on software implementation is highly regarded, as is a deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes across AU and NZ.
