Job Opportunity:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of new payroll systems. Your primary duties include ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while training stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering a seamless transition.

Implementation Strategy:

Manage all project phases, including defining objectives, setting timelines, and allocating resources. Coordinate the delivery of the project with internal, external, and global stakeholders.

Compliance Oversight:

Oversee the interpretation of collective agreements and relevant awards to ensure proper capture and payment. Confirm system solutions and set up infrastructure to prevent payroll errors.

Risk Mitigation:

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure accuracy, security, and operational efficiency. Provide training to stakeholders and users to ensure successful software adoption.
