**Job Title:** Payroll Implementation Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with business acumen? Do you have experience in implementing payroll systems and want to take your skills to the next level?

In this role, you will work as a bridge between the business and technical teams, solving complex intersystem problems and guiding clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a payroll system.

You will need to have a strong understanding of payroll systems, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation. You should be able to leverage your expertise to recommend solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a payroll product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Leverage your expertise to recommend solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of their unique business requirements.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the payroll system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Payroll implementation experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of payroll functional implementation experience highly desired.
